The Omni Shoreham Hotel’s special ILSI North America Workshop Room Rate is USD$169.00 single or double occupancy, exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.5%.
We appreciate your assistance in securing your room reservations through our room block so the organization does not incur attrition penalties.
A credit card is required to hold the room only and will not be charged until check-in or if there is a no-show.
Check-in is at 1500 hrs (3:00 pm) and checkout is at 1200 hrs (12 noon).

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Cancellations or changes to your reservation should be done at least 24 hours before your arrival. After that date, you will be subject to a penalty equal to 1 NIGHT in the amount of USD$169.00 plus taxes, to be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your reservation.
No Show Policy
If you have a guaranteed reservation and do not check-in on the date of arrival, you will incur a penalty in the amount equal to 1 NIGHT’s sleeping room charges – USD$169.00 plus taxes.
